Presales Consultant

As a Presales Consultant at our company located in Technopark Phase 3, Trivandrum, you will be an integral part of our business growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs and provide them with tailored solutions to drive success. You will collaborate with various teams to create proposals, track leads, and build strong relationships with clients. Additionally, you will be involved in product demonstrations, market research, and process optimization. Your key responsibilities will include preparing customized proposals and presentations, collaborating with technical and business teams, tracking sales leads, prioritizing opportunities, maintaining client relationships, designing solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and staying updated on market trends. You will also provide feedback for product improvement, establish processes for presales activities, and develop templates and tools for enhancing productivity. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in presales, business development, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to build and sustain client relationships effectively. Excellent organizational skills and the capability to multitask will be crucial for managing multiple leads and deadlines. A collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams is also required. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund and a performance bonus. The work schedule is in the morning shift, and the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in presales, preferably with 1 year of international exposure.
