Role Description

This full-time Presales Associate role is located on-site in Noida. Responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate personalized video interactivity solutions. The role also involves preparing sales proposals, conducting product demonstrations, creating marketing collateral, and maintaining continuous communication with potential clients to address their queries and concerns.

Qualifications

Experience in presales activities, including generating proposals and conducting product demonstrations
Solid understanding of personalized video interactivity solutions and their applications across various industries
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with potential clients
Ability to conduct market research and develop marketing strategies
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
Experience or familiarity with SaaS platforms is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
