Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a crucial link between our technical team and prospective clients, supporting the sales process by providing insights, demonstrations, and technical validation of our service integration offerings. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Sales and Solutions teams to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Prepare and deliver compelling product and service presentations and demonstrations. Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and technical questionnaires with accuracy and strategic insight. Support solution design by liaising with internal technical teams and ensuring alignment with customer requirements. Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge of the company’s integration services, tools, and frameworks. Assist in preparing commercial proposals and cost estimations. Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their challenges and align our offerings accordingly. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the service integration space. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 1- 5 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical sales support role. Strong understanding of IT service management, systems integration, cloud services, and enterprise architecture. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. Proficient in preparing and delivering engaging presentations and proposals. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
