Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Manager to join our team in Kanpur . In this role, you will play a crucial part in our sales process, working closely with prospective customers to understand their needs, design tailored solar solutions, and support the sales team in closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential residential customers to understand their energy requirements. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for solar installations. Design optimal solar solutions using simulation software and propose system configurations. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including financial and ROI analysis. Collaborate with the sales team to support lead conversion and ensure technical accuracy. Provide pre-sales technical support, respond to queries, and present product demonstrations. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, regulations, and solar technologies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in pre-sales or technical sales in the solar industry. Strong understanding of residential solar systems, net metering, and related policies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope) and MS Office. Ability to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.
