Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive at Sun Share Energy, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities for our solar energy solutions.
Responsibilities:Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their energy requirements, budget constraints, and sustainability goals.Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy and Sun Share Energy's products and services.Develop and present tailored proposals and quotations based on clients' specific needs and objectives.Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and Sun Share Energy.Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure accurate design specifications and feasibility of proposed solutions.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales forecasts, and pipeline management, using CRM software.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the solar energy market.Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the renewable energy industry.Strong understanding of solar energy systems and technologies, including PV modules, inverters, and energy storage solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
