Position 2: Pre-Sales Executive / Pre-Sales Consultant

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

(Occasional client travel within Telangana / nearby states)

Experience: 3 5 years

Role Overview

The Pre-Sales Executive will support the Sales Manager and management team in preparing proposals, tender documentation, technical and commercial presentations, and client deliverables. This role requires strong communication, writing, and coordination skills to bridge business requirements with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Study

    RFPs, RFIs, EOIs, and tender documents

    ; coordinate with technical teams to prepare compliant and compelling proposals.
  • Prepare detailed

    Presentations, Concept Notes, and Technical Write-ups

    for clients and partners.
  • Support the Sales team in

    preparing bid responses, cost sheets, compliance matrices, and supporting documents.

  • Maintain and update a repository of

    templates, company profiles, project summaries, certificates, and case studies.

  • Participate in

    pre-bid meetings, client demos, and presentations

    with the Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with project and delivery teams to gather technical inputs, success stories, and metrics for proposal enrichment.
  • Track

    tender portals

    (eProcurement, GEM, etc.) and notify the sales team of relevant opportunities.
  • Ensure proper formatting, accuracy, and professional presentation of all bid submissions.
  • Support

    marketing and branding

    activities like PPTs, brochures, and social media content preparation when needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science / Business Administration; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Experience

Pre-Sales / Proposal Writing / Bid Management / Tendering

Skills

- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation skills. - Familiarity with government procurement portals (eProcurement, GEM). - Understanding of software solutioning and project lifecycle. - Eye for detail, accuracy, and presentation quality.
