Key Responsibilities


Community Management:

• Build, engage, and manage online/offline communities of homebuyers, investors, and prospects.

• Organize site visits, and engagement activities to strengthen brand presence.

• Respond to customer queries on social platforms, forums, and communities to build trust.

• Act as a bridge between customers and the organization to ensure a transparent communication flow.


Pre-Sales:

• Handle inbound calls to qualify leads and schedule site visits.

• Explain project details, USPs, pricing, and offerings to prospective buyers.

• Coordinate with sales teams to align community insights with sale strategies.

• Ensure timely communication and a professional approach during customer interactions.
