Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements and present appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct initial client interactions, calls, and product/service presentations.
  • Assist the sales team in qualifying leads and building client relationships.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and relevant sales documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide customized solutions to clients.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with lead information and client interactions.
  • Support in preparing sales pitches and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Build rapport with clients and ensure smooth handover to the sales/implementation team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 6+ months of experience in pre-sales/sales support/tele-calling/customer engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good presentation and documentation skills (MS Office proficiency).
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and map them with company offerings.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
