Pre Sales Executive

As an aspiring candidate, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements and presenting appropriate solutions. Your role will involve conducting initial client interactions, calls, and product/service presentations. Additionally, you will assist the sales team in qualifying leads and building client relationships. It will be your duty to prepare proposals, quotations, and relevant sales documents. You will be required to coordinate with internal teams to provide customized solutions to clients and maintain CRM systems with lead information and client interactions. Your support in preparing sales pitches and responding to RFPs/RFIs will be crucial. Building rapport with clients and ensuring a smooth handover to the sales/implementation team will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. - 6+ months of experience in pre-sales, sales support, tele-calling, or customer engagement. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. - Proficiency in MS Office for good presentation and documentation skills. - Ability to understand customer requirements and align them with company offerings. - Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach is required.
