Job Description

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to connect with live leads and new client prospects
  • Skilled in tele-calling, lead qualification, and scheduling site visits
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest the right property options
  • Experience in following up with clients post-site visits to drive interest and closure
  • Willingness to work in a target-driven, customer-centric environment
  • Good understanding of real estate sales and marketing processes
  • Ability to work weekends (weekly off on Tuesday)
  • Energetic, persuasive, and eager to drive conversions

cription:

  • Engage with live leads provided by the company and build rapport with prospective clients
  • Convert telephonic conversations into scheduled site visits
  • Guide customers through the pre-sales process and provide relevant project information
  • Accompany clients for property visits and explain project USPs
  • Conduct consistent follow-ups to ensure site visits and move towards closure
  • Share client feedback and coordinate with the sales team for next steps
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining lead status
  • Salary and incentives among the best in the industry
  • Preference for immediate joiners
