# Asset Manager or Financial Analyst
We are looking for strong profiles for the role of Asset Manager or Financial Analyst with the following criteria:
Educational Background: Graduates from NIRMA, NICMAR, or Civil Engineers with strong proficiency in finance.
Industry Experience: Currently working with a developer, construction company, or Project Management Consultancy (PMC) such as Synergy, Colliers PMC, CBRE PMC, etc.
Skill Requirements:

Strong understanding of residential and commercial real estate projects
o
Proven ability to prepare and monitor business plans
o
Sound financial acumen and project oversight capabilities
Experience: 24 years of relevant work experience
