Role & responsibilities Design efficient and innovative plumbing systems for Government, residential and commercial buildings, including underground and overhead water tanks, sewer systems, and rainwater harvesting systems.Develop and design Fire Fighting and HVAC systems in compliance with relevant codes and regulations.Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and estimates for plumbing, fire fighting, and HVAC systems using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems in building designs.Conduct system analysis and performance evaluations to ensure the highest standards of safety, energy efficiency, and compliance.Review internal plumbing layouts, fire fighting systems, and HVAC designs to ensure optimal performance and functionality.Ensure all designs meet client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.Assist in the preparation of tender documents, project proposals, and cost estimation Preferred candidate profile A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience (5 years) in plumbing, fire fighting, and HVAC system design, preferably in both residential and commercial sectors.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.Strong understanding of plumbing, fire fighting, and HVAC codes and regulations.Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to project design.Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
