Mahaganpati Associate is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Civil Engineer with 8-15 years of hands-on experience in planning, designing, and managing civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure development, structural design, and project execution. Proven leadership in managing site teams and delivering projects within time, budget, and quality parameters is essential. Key Responsibilities: Lead planning and execution of on-site civil works, including construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure. Manage end-to-end project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and contractor supervision. Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and engineering reports. Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to design, safety, quality, and environmental standards. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and government authorities to obtain necessary approvals and support seamless project execution. Conduct regular site inspections and technical assessments to monitor progress and resolve issues. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, statutory regulations, and best engineering practices. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and project staff. Prepare and present detailed project progress reports, proposals, and engineering solutions to management and clients. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus). Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer certification is an added advantage. 8–15 years of proven experience in civil engineering, particularly in building construction and infrastructure projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Civil 3D, or similar design and analysis software. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, safety standards, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel to various project sites as required. Preferred Experience In: High-rise and commercial buildings, including basement construction Contract management (e.g., FIDIC or equivalent) Experience working with PMC (Project Management Consultancy) firms is an added advantage Quality assurance and safety compliance on large-scale projects Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience Travel and site allowances as per company policy Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
