Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead architectural design and project planning from concept to completion
Supervise and mentor junior architects and project teams
Develop detailed drawings, construction documents, and BOQs
Coordinate with Sub-consultants, clients, contractors, and site teams
Conduct regular site visits and ensure quality and design compliance
Manage documentation and submissions for government approvals, other NOCs (Fire, Environmental, etc.)
Stay updated on DCR, building bye-laws, and RERA compliance
Handle client presentations and participate in authority meetings
Ensure timely project delivery within quality and budget standards

Preferred candidate profile

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, MS Project proficiency
Strong understanding of local development control rules and approval procedures
Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills

Knowledge of sustainable design and regulatory compliance

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
7+ years of experience in architectural design, Interior Designing, execution, and team management
COA Registration mandatory
Experience in Articulture design, Institutional building, residential, or commercial projects is preferred
