Education and Qualifications Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). In-depth knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance. Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in design and documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Technical Skills Experience in large-scale projects across commercial, residential, or mixed-use sectors. Certification in LEED, GRIHA, or other sustainability frameworks is a plus. Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) processes.
