Job Description

Job Summary:

3D Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Create accurate and detailed
3D models
of architectural designs from CAD drawings or sketches
Produce
photo-realistic renderings
and visualizations for presentations and client approvals
Work closely with architects and designers to understand project goals and bring design concepts to life
Assist in developing
interior and exterior perspectives
for residential, commercial, or institutional projects
Create
3D walkthroughs or animations
when required
Organize and manage design files and assets in a structured manner
Support the team in client presentations and proposal development

Required Skills:

Proficiency in
3D modeling and rendering tools
, such as:

SketchUp
,
3ds Max
,
Revit
, or
Rhino
Rendering engines:
V-Ray
,
Lumion
,
Corona Renderer
,
Enscape
, or
Twinmotion

Understanding of architectural drawings and spatial design
Basic knowledge of
AutoCAD
and
Photoshop
Strong visualization skills and attention to detail
Good time management and communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

Experience with
Revit + Enscape
workflow
Understanding of architectural materials and lighting techniques
Knowledge of video editing tools (for walkthroughs/animations)

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree or diploma in
Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or related field
Recent graduates with a strong portfolio of academic or personal 3D work are encouraged to apply
