This role involves generating and qualifying leads, understanding client requirements, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. The executive will also coordinate site visits, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with internal teams to develop effective promotional strategies. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels to build a robust sales pipeline. Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their preferences and requirements. Market Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and buyer behavior to provide informed recommendations. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead statuses using HubSpot or similar CRM systems. Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted sales strategies. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in tailoring property solutions based on client needs and feedback.
