Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Initiate welcome calls for all new leads from the app, website, and paid campaigns.
  • Promote consultation bookings, app engagement, and highlight value-driven program features.
  • Sell entry-level program stacks to non-target market leads based on engagement signals.
  • Convert cold or inactive leads through structured outreach and nurturing.
  • Design and launch WhatsApp and digital re-engagement campaigns for older leads and past clients.
  • Utilize wallet features, scratch cards, spin-the-wheel offers, coupon codes, and behavioural nudges to drive action.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to share feedback and intelligence from leads to improve paid ad strategies.
  • Contribute insights to enhance lead qualification and funnel performance.

  • Qualifications

    • 1-3 years' quota carrying sales experience
    • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
    • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
