Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Responsible for generating sales through calling customers and developing opportunities for the sales team through given sales leads.
  • Briefing the customers on project USPs thoroughly.
  • Scheduling and conducting meetings with the customers- Understanding the need of customers and offering solutions accordingly.
  • Auditing the leads and expanding the customer base through referral generations.
  • Compiling and analysing sales figures
  • Collecting customer feedback, market research and keeping up to date with new products launches

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good at customer follow-up
  • Should keep the record of feedback-mails/phones
  • Real Estate background preferred
