Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Pre-Sales Engineer responsible for providing technical expertise to support the sales team. The role involves delivering accurate, tailored solutions, preparing quotations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth order execution. Ideal candidates will possess a blend of strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide accurate and customized technical solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work with sales teams to present compelling solutions and close deals.
  • Solution Architecture: Develop equipment lists and solution presentations based on requirements.
  • Customer Support: Address technical queries and support post-sales concerns.
  • Quotation Management: Prepare and manage quotations in coordination with sales managers.
  • Vendor Coordination: Negotiate and select suitable vendors for technical requirements.
  • Order Review & Handover: Ensure orders are clean, accurate, and ready for execution by operations.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor quotation win rates and turnaround times.
  • Team Support: Partner with Regional Sales Manager to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in BMS, HVAC, or ELV systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of PLC, DDC, and software design applications.
  • Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with commercial and sales processes.
