Ideal Candidate:

Candidate from IT Infra / Networking background, experience in cabling, structure cabling / passive cabling / active cabling / hardware sales.
Hands-on with pre sales / sales in cabling, especially for Bangalore/Bengaluru or South Indian markets.
Also, candidate should have worked with cabling / hardware (CCTV, Surveillance, PA System, etc) OEMs or from System Integrator (SI) company.

Role Responsibilities

Domain Expertise:
Should possess hands-on experience and a strong understanding of Structured Cabling, Data Center Infrastructure, and CCTV Surveillance, preferably with exposure to passive presales and project execution.
Sales Collaboration:
Work closely with the Sales team to identify and understand customer requirements. Support them by joining client meetings and discussions when required.
Client Engagement:
Act as a trusted advisor to clients by building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships at all organizational levels.
Sales Target Ownership:
Take shared responsibility for achieving passive sales targets in coordination with the team.
Site Survey & Documentation:
Conduct site surveys, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and create detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on project requirements.
Presales & Project Support:
Support both presales and project management activities, ensuring smooth coordination from requirement gathering to solution delivery.
Presentation & Proposal Development:
Collaborate with the team to develop client presentations and technical proposals in line with project goals.

Preferred Candidate:

Working Knowledge in Zoho CRM , can Work on Pre Sales- for Cabling, Data Centre Infra, CCTV
