Pre-Sales

You will be working as a Pre-sales Executive at Amura Marketing in Pune. Your main responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers, pitch products from the Symphony brand, and help in meeting sales targets. - Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to introduce Symphony brand products, understand customer needs, and offer tailored solutions. - Develop a strong understanding of Symphony's product offerings and hospitality-related items to effectively communicate benefits to clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. - Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to overall sales growth and revenue generation. - Create and maintain sales collateral such as brochures, product catalogs, and presentations to support sales efforts. - Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, sales calls, and sales progress using CRM software. - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Strong analytical and research skills to gather, interpret, and present data effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with presentation software (e.g., Google Workspace). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to convey complex information concisely. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while being a strong team player. - Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.,
