As a Manager Pre-Sales with 5 to 10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of 4-5 associates and driving productivity through various marketing activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Servicing leads generated from ATL and BTL marketing activities, focusing on increasing walk-ins and bookings from the Contact Centre team - Nurturing leads and strategically managing lead business to ensure the right product is pitched using a consultative approach, ultimately contributing to revenue growth - Training the team on Pre-sales operations, including call center agent training - Managing various reports related to Pre-sales operations, data management, vendor management, and call quality monitoring - Overseeing the end-to-end Pre-sales lead generation process from acquisition to closure and transition - Managing contact center operations in an outsourced tele-calling set-up for specific campaigns - Building and maintaining relationships with vendor partners, internal stakeholders, and team members - Analyzing customer insights, analytics, and predictive buying behavior to enhance prospect segmentation, profile targeting, and product positioning - Generating timely reports and MIS for business and campaign performance evaluation - Ensuring call quality and optimizing on-call customer experience - Developing training and learning programs for the frontline outsourced team - Optimizing processes such as data management, CRM technology enablement, email marketing, and BTL marketing at various levels This role offers you the opportunity to contribute significantly to the growth and success of the company in the Real Estate industry.,
