As a Pre-Sales Executive at Fit Up Gym in C-Scheme, Jaipur, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential clients, guiding them on membership options, and promoting fitness services effectively. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging with walk-in and telephonic inquiries to explain membership options and offers - Counseling prospective members on fitness goals and recommending suitable plans - Maintaining strong follow-up with leads to convert inquiries into memberships - Achieving monthly sales targets through proactive lead conversion - Maintaining records of client interactions and sales using internal CRM tools - Coordinating with the operations and trainer teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience To excel in this role, you should possess: - Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry - Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills - A pleasant personality and confident appearance (female candidates preferred) - Strong persuasion and customer-handling skills - Self-motivation, energy, and a target-driven attitude The working hours for this position are flexible, with full-time shifts from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and part-time shifts of 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the evening. The compensation package includes a fixed salary along with an attractive variable component based on memberships sold.
