Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive – Gym Memberships Location: Fit Up Gym, C-Scheme, Jaipur Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time (Flexible shifts) About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our fitness center. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their fitness goals, and helping them choose the right membership plans. Key Responsibilities: Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries and convert them into memberships. Counsel prospective members and recommend suitable plans based on their needs. Follow up with leads to maximize conversions. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and sales in the CRM. Collaborate with the operations and fitness teams to ensure excellent member experience. Achieve monthly membership and revenue targets. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (experience in fitness, retail, or service industry preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer counselling and persuasion skills. Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality. Basic computer proficiency (CRM handling preferred). Working Hours: Full-time: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (with breaks) Part-time: 3 hours in the morning & 3 hours in the evening Compensation: Salary: Fixed + Incentives (based on memberships closed) Additional Information: We promote an inclusive and diverse workplace.
