Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Executive at Shree Katariya & Associates (SKAA), a dynamic real estate marketing company in Indore, your role revolves around supporting the sales team by creating leads, managing inquiries, and laying the groundwork for sales conversions. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding to Inbound Calls: Professionally handle inbound calls from potential customers, providing accurate information about our real estate projects. - Initiate Outbound Calls: Proactively make outbound calls to support pre-sales activities, such as lead generation and appointment scheduling. - Database Management: Maintain an updated database of prospective customers to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Lead Allocation: Allocate leads to sales managers/executives based on predefined criteria, and collect feedback for continuous improvement. - Customer Feedback: Record and document customer feedback obtained during interactions to enhance post-site visit activities and overall customer satisfaction. - MIS Reports: Generate various MIS reports and assist in other pre-sales activities following established processes. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate is mandatory. - Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development. - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of real estate projects, property features, and market trends. - Customer Handling: Ability to build rapport and address client concerns effectively. - Organizational Skills: Strong organization to manage multiple leads and work efficiently with different teams. - Sales Acumen: Ability to spot buying signals and qualify leads effectively. - Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
