As a Pre-Sales Executive at Fit Up Gym in C-Scheme, Jaipur, your role will involve engaging with potential clients, understanding their fitness goals, and assisting them in selecting the appropriate membership plans. Key Responsibilities: - Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries, ensuring conversion into memberships. - Counsel prospective members, suggesting suitable plans based on their requirements. - Follow up with leads to enhance conversion rates. - Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and sales in the CRM system. - Collaborate with operations and fitness teams to deliver an exceptional member experience. - Achieve monthly targets for memberships and revenue. Qualifications & Skills Required: - Minimum 6 months of sales experience (experience in fitness, retail, or service industry preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong abilities in customer counselling and persuasion. - Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality. - Basic computer proficiency, with experience in CRM handling preferred. In terms of working hours, for full-time employees, the schedule is from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM with breaks, while part-time employees work 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the evening. The compensation offered includes a fixed salary along with incentives based on closed memberships.
