As a Presales professional in the Real estate industry, your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting Presales activities to generate leads and convert them into sales - Handling Telecalling and Inside sales tasks efficiently - Demonstrating strong communication skills to engage with potential customers effectively To qualify for this role, you should have: - At least 2+ years of experience in the Real estate industry - Proven experience in Presales, Telecalling, and Inside sales roles - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and promote sales effectively Please note that this is a Full-time, Permanent position with a Day shift and Morning shift schedule. Additionally, performance bonuses and yearly bonuses are part of the compensation package. The work location is in person at Guindy, Chennai.
