Required: 6 months – 1 year (preferably in a recruitment consultancy) Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our team. The role involves sourcing the right candidates as per job requirements, drafting job descriptions, and coordinating interviews with the internal team. Key Responsibilities: Source and identify suitable candidates through various platforms (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) based on the job description. Create and update job descriptions in consultation with hiring managers. Screen resumes, shortlist profiles, and schedule interviews. Coordinate interviews with internal team members and follow up with candidates. Maintain candidate databases and ensure proper documentation. Provide regular updates on recruitment status to the team. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in a consultancy environment. Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage timelines. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Indeed, Naukri , LinkedIn and outlook. Nice to Have: Exposure to end-to-end recruitment. Familiarity with different industries and roles.
