Pre-Sales

You will be responsible for calling and following up with warm leads, qualifying leads, understanding their interest and requirements, scheduling meetings between leads and the sales team, maintaining detailed records of interactions and outcomes in CRM tools, and coordinating closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable making high volumes of calls each day. - Self-motivated and target-driven. - Prior experience in telecalling, pre-sales, or inside sales is a plus. - Proficiency in basic computer skills.
