Practice Head

Role Overview: As the Practice Head (PH) at FutureBridge, you will be leading the Chemicals & Materials area of practice. Your role will involve winning and delivering client work, providing intellectual and managerial leadership within the team and externally. You will collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop your expertise and capabilities as an emerging leader within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Drive practice P&L and ensure target margins from the delivery of multiple global engagements - Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue through new business acquisition - Proactively manage cost of servicing, overheads, and resource productivity to ensure targeted bottom line - Develop overall large deal strategy, including solution strategy, win themes, and commercial strategy - Support sales in driving long-term strategic engagements and building long-term partnerships with clients - Ensure high quality and timely delivery of client deliverables that meet defined timelines - Drive client satisfaction and identify additional business opportunities from existing client groups - Contribute to practice development by training, mentoring, and hiring talent - Lead a high-performance team, allocate work effectively, and manage performance - Review and help develop new Business Development artifacts - Drive programs to improve effectiveness and efficiencies within operations - Define key performance metrics and goals for the team and conduct periodic reviews Qualification Required: - Experience in managing P&L activities and driving top and bottom line for the business - Ability to provide solution approach and sales support during client proposal presentations - Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and technical background - Experience in executing commercial and techno-commercial engagements for clients - Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate technical and business discussions - Ability to work in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment and create clarity for others - Coaching, mentoring, and ability to connect with team members at different levels - 15+ years of relevant experience in a consulting organization with a client delivery role - Engineering/Science education background, ideally in fields relevant to chemicals and materials industry Additional Company Details: FutureBridge is committed to providing equal employment opportunities and fostering a performance-oriented work culture.
