Practice Head

As a Practice Head of F&A (UK & US Markets), you will be leading and managing a large team of F&A, Underwriting, and Claims professionals supporting a global Specialty P&C insurance and reinsurance service provider. Your role will involve managing operations across various functions such as RI, INS, Delegated Authority, R2R, I2C, P2P, FP&A, Tax, and Statutory Reporting for Assumed and Ceded operations in the UK and US markets. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage F&A, Underwriting, and Claims operations across various functions for Assumed and Ceded operations. - Drive transformation initiatives, operational excellence, and business growth with clients. - Implement tech and data analytics-enabled operations to optimize transaction outcomes. - Manage client relationships up to CXO levels and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. - Utilize Lean Six Sigma frameworks for continuous performance improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformation and performance improvement. - Identify performance gaps, implement improvement plans, and support new deal processes. - Own end-to-end client service delivery and P&L management. Required Skills & Experience: - Deep domain knowledge in Insurance & Reinsurance F&A, Underwriting, and Claims. - Strong experience in UK and US Market F&A operations, especially in Record to Report. - Proven ability to manage large teams and deliver end-to-end services. - Experience in collaborating with clients and teams across UK and US geographies. - Excellent analytical skills, intellectual agility, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
