PPIC Officer

Key Responsibilities:

·        Prepare and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and dispatch schedules

·        Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials

·        Coordinate closely with Production, QA/QC, Stores, Procurement, and Dispatch teams

·        Monitor material consumption and stock levels; raise material requisitions as needed

·        Ensure accurate data entry and reporting using ERP/SAP or relevant planning tools

·        Maintain planning documentation and support audits with up-to-date records

·        Assist in dispatch planning based on customer schedules and stock availability

·        Adhere to all cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and internal protocols
