- Plan, launch, and manage performance-driven campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to achieve lead, sales, and engagement targets.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to improve CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience segmentation, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and creative coordination with design & content teams.
- Set up and manage tracking systems including Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google conversion tracking, and tracking integrations with websites & CRM.
- Build, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows such as nurturing, retargeting, and re-engagement using Zoho, Pabbly, Zapier & n8n.
- Integrate campaigns, automation flows, and CRM to ensure seamless lead flow, qualification, and performance tracking.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
- Stay updated with platform policies, algorithm changes, and best practices to maximize campaign efficiency.
- Continuously learn and adopt new tools, strategies, and techniques to improve campaign performance.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Meta & Google Ads campaign management.
- Proven hands-on experience optimizing campaigns for measurable results across CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel configuration, and Conversion API setup.
- Experience working with automation tools including Zoho, Pabbly, Zapier & n8n.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for reporting and performance tracking.
- Knowledge of tracking integrations between website, ad platforms & CRM is a plus.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team collaboration skills.
- Strong ability to adapt quickly, learn new systems, and apply changing advertising trends.
