PPC Specialist

Role Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven PPC Specialist t to plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms. The role involves running targeted campaigns, generating high-quality leads for the sales team, and ensuring strong ROI across diverse B2C industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
• Manage social media ad accounts and publish engaging ad creatives/content aligned with campaign objectives.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with insights to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with the sales/calling team to ensure effective lead flow and alignment with project requirements.
• Research competitor ad strategies and suggest innovative improvements.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices in B2C performance marketing.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in paid advertising/digital marketing, preferably in B2C industries.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and campaign tracking tools.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM, lead generation funnels, landing pages, and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and creative problem-solving mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
