J ob Title: Performance Marketing Manager / Specialist Location: Gurgaon Job Type: Full-time Working Hours/Days: [10:00 AM – 7:00 PM/ alter Saturday working] Job Summary : We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager/Specialist to lead and optimize our paid media campaigns across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a creative mindset, and a deep understanding of growth strategies across channels like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmace platforms. Your primary goal will be to drive measurable growth, increase ROI, and optimize cost- per -acquisition (CPA). Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other paid platforms Own the full-funnel paid strategy—from audience targeting to creative testing to conversion optimization Analyse campaign performance and report on KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, and LTV Conduct A/B tests across creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align campaign messaging and visuals Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend allocation based on performance Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and attribution platforms to track and measure effectiveness Continuously identify new growth opportunities, emerging platforms, and untapped segments Stay up to date with the latest trends and algorithm changes in paid media Requirements : 4–5+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media Strong understanding of key paid media channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio (or similar dashboards) Data-savvy with experience in setting up conversion tracking, pixels, and UTMs Proven ability to manage large budgets and drive performance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and project management skills Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or mobile apps Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce) Knowledge of SEO and organic acquisition strategies Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications Show more Show less
