Designation: Sales Head (field sales) Location: Chennai & Pondicherry, Madurai, Trichy, Coimbatore, Mumbai, Nizamabad, Warangal, Karimnagar, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Goa, Bangalore, Mysore, Belagavi, Kalaburagi, Chittoor, Vizag, Trivandrum Reporting Manager: Zonal Sales Head Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets in the healthcare sector. Travel 7 days a week to meet healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other key clients in the field. Generate 7 quality leads per day by proactively engaging with healthcare providers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive healthcare product/service adoption and expand the company's market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key influencers in healthcare organizations. Track and report on daily sales activities, leads generated, and client feedback. Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth product/service delivery and support. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate hospitals, enterprise hospitals, mid-scale hospitals, diagnostic centers, laboratories & clinics. Hospital Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with hospitals and healthcare institutions to promote Janitri's products, services subscription plans, and value-added offerings. Effectively promote Janitri's OBGYN products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, doctors, hospitals, clinics, stockiest, purchase managers, CXO's, CMD's, CFOs, and patients. Responsible for promoting and selling software solutions to hospitals, clinics & diagnostic centers. Janitri Innovations Pvt. Ltd. Requirements: Experience: 3-7 years in healthcare sales or a related field, with a proven track record in lead generation and sales achievement. Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in the healthcare space, specifically through fieldwork and direct client interaction. Comfortable with daily travel (7 days a week) to visit healthcare providers and generate leads. Ability to generate at least 7 leads per day through prospecting, networking, and building relationships within the healthcare sector. Strong understanding of healthcare products/services and the industry landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple appointments, follow-ups, and lead tracking. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred. Familiarity with CRM software to track sales activities and leads.
