Job Description

Face-to-Face Interview (Gurgaon Sector 50)

Position: PPC Executive

Department: Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing

Location: WFO

Experience: Fresher – 1 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time


Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Setup & Execution

● Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms. ● Implement Search, Display, Video, Lead Gen, and Performance Max campaigns.

● Develop and test ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for maximum performance.

2. Lead Generation & Optimization

● Run high-quality lead generation campaigns with a strong focus on CPL, CPA, and conversion volume.

● Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPL, Quality Score, and ROAS.

● Conduct A/B testing on ads, audience segments, placements, and landing pages.

3. Keyword Research & Targeting

● Perform keyword research using Google Keyword Planner and other tools.

● Identify high-intent keywords and negative keywords to minimize wastage.

● Build relevant ad groups and structured campaigns.

4. Daily Monitoring & Reporting

● Track daily spend, performance, and lead quality.

● Maintain Google Sheets dashboards for CPL, lead count, quality checks, and ROI.

● Share daily, weekly, and monthly reports with insights and action points.

5. Landing Page & Creative Coordination

● Work closely with the design and content team for banners, creatives, videos, landing pages, etc.

● Recommend improvements to enhance conversion rates and user experience. 6. Budget & Bidding Management

● Manage campaign budgets to avoid overspending.

● Work on manual CPC, Maximize Conversions, Target CPA/ROAS strategies.

● Allocate budgets across channels based on performance.

7. Tracking & Analytics

● Set up conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Pixel, UTM tracking).

● Work with analytics tools to measure conversions and attribution.

● Ensure data accuracy across platforms.


Required Skills

● Basic understanding of Google Ads & Facebook Ads.

● Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.

● Good communication, creativity, and problem-solving ability.

● Fast learner with interest in performance marketing and lead generation.

● Knowledge of metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, Quality Score.
