PPC Executive

Biitcode is urgently hiring an Assistant – Planning for our reputed client in the Perfume Manufacturing Division. The ideal candidate will support the planning and supply chain team by preparing Excel-based reports, tracking order progress, coordinating with purchase & production teams, and ensuring timely material availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update daily/weekly Excel reports (sales orders, PR status, material availability, production progress).
• Maintain stock and planning trackers for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with the Purchase department on pending PRs, PO status, and supplier delivery timelines.
• Follow up with the Production team regarding manufacturing schedules and completion status.
• Support the Demand Planner by updating planning sheets and order-wise data.
• Assist in data entry and tracking of BOM and FG readiness.
• Prepare summary reports for management (order progress, material pending, dispatch status).
• Maintain accurate records in shared Excel files or planning software.
• Support administrative tasks related to planning & coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, formatting).
• Basic understanding of purchase, supply chain, and production processes.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in a manufacturing or factory planning environment is preferred.
