JOB TITLE : PPC Jr Executive

LOCATION : Coimbatore

YEARS OF EXP : 2 years

Roles

• Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and utilize company’s

productive capacity to maximum levels

• Analyze sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirements

• Work closely with the purchase and stores department and manage material inventory levels to meet

production without hinderance considering cost of inventory, delivery schedules and MSLs

• Ensure zero expiry of RM and all materials are consumed before expiry

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule process efficiently to achieve production objectives

• Track dispatch of finished goods against sales order and report on finished goods stock and movement

• Release work orders to production denoting number, type and proposed completion date

• Revise schedule according to work order specifications, established priorities, and availability or capability

of workers, parts, material, machines, and equipment

• Support the processing of proto-type and certification modules as required

• Responsible for ensuring physical and SAP stock match at Stores, WIP and FG

Skills

• Good working knowledge in SAP
