Our mission is to redefine how the world experiences sports by delivering authentic, data-driven news and analysis to sports enthusiasts worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement paid advertising strategies tailored to education objectives — such as student acquisition, webinar registrations, or course enrollments . Launch and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). Ad Creation & Optimization: Design and write engaging ad copy and visuals that resonate with students, parents, and professionals. Optimize campaigns for performance metrics like CTR, lead quality, cost per lead, and ROAS. Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and budgets to find high-performing combinations. Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Use advanced audience segmentation: custom/lookalike audiences on Meta, and keyword/demographic/remarketing tactics on Google. Focus on targeting students, working professionals, parents, and other education specific personas. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Excel.Deliver detailed reports and dashboards with actionable insights and suggestions for campaign improvements. Client/Team Collaboration: Work closely with academic, marketing, and content teams to align ad messaging with course launches and academic goals.Communicate campaign strategies, performance updates, and optimization plans clearly and regularly. Qualifications: At least 1-2 years of experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, preferably for education brands, edtech, or institutions. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Key Skills: Deep understanding of digital advertising for education, including lead generation, enrollment funnels, and awareness campaigns. Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related ad tech platforms. Expertise in audience targeting, budget optimization, and conversion tracking. Ability to create and adapt ad content for different educational audiences. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
