Ads Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Ads Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of digital marketing trends, and the ability to deliver high-quality campaign results across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and performance (CPC, CPL, ROAS).
• Monitor daily budgets, bids, and overall campaign pacing.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with the design and content team for ad creatives.
• Ensure campaigns align with company goals and brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in managing digital advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other ad platforms.
• Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
