PPC

PPC Management:

Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across
Google Ads and Meta Ads
, handling a
minimum budget of ₹250K+ per month
.
Demonstrate a
proven track record of achieving campaign goals
, including CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion targets.
Stay updated with the
latest Google & Meta Ads algorithm changes
, implementing best practices proactively.
Perform detailed
ROI & ROAS analysis
, presenting clear insights, performance summaries, and optimization strategies.
Execute structured campaigns including keyword research, audience segmentation, bidding optimization, retargeting, and A/B testing.
Continuously evaluate performance metrics and implement strategies to maximize returns and reduce wastage.
Maintain campaign hygiene and ensure proper tracking using tags, pixels, and UTM parameters.

Email Marketing:

Manage
multiple email service providers (ESP)
such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.
Create and manage
email templates
, content layouts, and integration links across different funnels.
Execute
bulk promotional email campaigns
, ensuring high deliverability and minimal bounce rates.
Handle
technical setups
including domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), list hygiene, segmentation, and automation flows.
Build and optimize
workflow automation
, drip campaigns, retargeting emails, and lifecycle-based journeys.
Manage and control
spam issues
, troubleshoot deliverability problems, and ensure compliance with platform policies.
Track open rates, CTR, conversions, and implement A/B testing for subject lines, content, and CTAs.

What are we looking forward:

2–4 years’ experience in PPC + Email Marketing.
Hands-on experience with
₹250K+ ad budget management
.
Strong understanding of analytics, tracking, funnels, and campaign optimization.
Ability to interpret data and take decisive action.
Strong communication & reporting skills.
