Power Platform Developer

Position Overview

Eirefacades System Design Private Ltd., located in Thrissur, Kerala with projects in the UK and Ireland, is looking for talented Microsoft Power Platform Developers to join our growing digital team.

The ideal candidates will have expertise across the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse) and a passion for creating scalable, business-driven solutions.

We are open to hiring for the following positions:

• Full-scope Power Platform Developers with advanced experience across all four areas.
• Specialists with strong skills in at least two of the following areas:
• Power Apps + Power Automate (App Development & Workflow Automation)
• Power BI + Dataverse (Data Modeling & Analytics)

Key ResponsibilitiesFor Full-scope Developers

• Architect, design, and deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Extend functionality with Power Fx, JavaScript, C#, TypeScript, REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Dataverse plugins.
• Design data models, security roles, and environment strategies.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and ALM practices for Power Platform solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform with Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL, Azure, and third-party systems.
• Define and enforce governance, compliance, and security best practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into enterprise-ready solutions.
• Act as a technical lead, guiding junior developers and citizen developers where required.

For Power Apps + Power Automate Specialists

• Design, develop, and implement applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven).
• Build and maintain automated workflows with Power Automate, integrating across SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 apps.
• Connect apps and flows to Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and other data sources.
• Customize solutions using Power Fx, JavaScript, and Azure Functions when required.
• Collaborate with business teams to streamline and digitize processes.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for apps and flows.

For Power BI + Dataverse Specialists

• Design and publish Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable business insights.
• Model and manage data in Dataverse (tables, relationships, security roles).
• Build dataflows, measures, and DAX calculations to support advanced analytics.
• Integrate Power BI with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, SQL, and other sources.
• Optimize dashboards for performance and refresh strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting needs.
• Ensure analytics solutions meet data governance and security standards.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with one or more Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 integration (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365).
• Knowledge of Power Fx, JavaScript, C#, TypeScript, or Azure Functions is an advantage.
• Experience in data modeling, business process automation, or analytics/reporting depending on role.
• Familiarity with governance, compliance, and security best practices within Power Platform.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
