Additionally, you will assist the engagement team in preparing and distributing client deliverables, create files for clients and projects using Microsoft Excel and Access, and handle various administrative tasks such as scanning, formatting, coding, and mapping client data. Your role will also involve downloading, printing, and organizing workpapers for review, preparing emails, memos, letters, and confirmation requests, gathering required signatures on forms and letters, answering telephone calls, taking messages accurately, making travel arrangements as needed, and maintaining communications while the team is traveling. You will be responsible for tracking and reporting time and expenses in detail, working effectively in a deadline-driven environment, handling tasks with accuracy and timeliness, safeguarding confidential information, and quickly learning new procedures with minimal direction. To qualify for this position, you must hold a four-year college degree from an accredited institution, with a focus on Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation, are essential. A valid driver's license is required for this role. This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities and will involve standard indoor working conditions, occasional long periods of sitting and standing, regular interaction with employees at all levels of the firm, and up to 50% independent travel. A 40+ hour standard workweek is expected.
