Power Platform Developer

As an experienced professional with 4-7 years of experience in Development, you will play a crucial role in architecting and designing solutions to support the business-technology initiatives of the Client. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and defining business and technical requirements, as well as solution designs for defined projects, providing technical and analytical guidance. - Extending the SharePoint environment/system's capabilities by developing backend and frontend components. - Managing technical design and development, evaluating and troubleshooting functional design and system architecture, and participating in technical decision-making. - Developing and presenting prototypes for conceptual and functional innovation assessment and evaluation. - Providing support and maintenance for the Client's SharePoint environment. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 4 years of experience in SharePoint Online, with expertise in both Modern and Classic versions. - Proficiency in SharePoint Modern Intranet, including Modern list and Libraries, out-of-the-box features, Search, etc. - Experience in SharePoint Migration using tools such as Sharegate, PnP, Metalogix. - Strong knowledge of SharePoint Governance and Administration. - Experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and knowledge of all M365 Services and their integration with SharePoint. - Good problem-solving skills and readiness to learn new technologies quickly. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
