About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Power BI & Snowflake Developer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience to join our data analytics team. The candidate will lead the design, development, and optimization of data pipelines, dashboards, and analytical solutions, enabling the business to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, translating complex business requirements into actionable insights.
• Architect, design, and optimize Snowflake data models and pipelines for analytical consumption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across all reporting platforms.
• Implement advanced DAX calculations, Power Query transformations, and data storytelling techniques.
• Manage data governance, role-based security, and compliance requirements in BI solutions.
• Optimize ETL/ELT processes, Snowflake performance, and Power BI report efficiency.
• Mentor junior BI developers and provide guidance on best practices in reporting and data modeling.
• Participate in architecture discussions for BI and cloud data solutions, driving adoption of modern data practices.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in Power BI development (Desktop, Service, DAX, Power Query).
• Strong experience with Snowflake data warehouse, including SnowSQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and query optimization.
• Expertise in SQL, relational databases, and performance tuning.
• Experience in complex data transformations and analytics using multiple data sources.
• Knowledge of Power BI Service, Workspaces, Deployment Pipelines, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
