🔑 Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop & maintain

    Power BI dashboards & reports

  • Partner with global business & finance teams to

    deliver actionable insights

  • Optimize

    data models & queries

    for large-scale reporting
  • Drive

    best practices in BI reporting & visualization

  • Build & maintain

    automation, versioning, release management & data security

  • Actively participate in

    QA & UAT cycles

  • Conduct

    code reviews & mentor junior developers

🎓 Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in

    IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field

  • 5+ years proven experience as

    Power BI Developer / Analyst

  • Expertise in

    Power BI (Desktop, Power Query, Service, DAX)

  • Strong knowledge of

    OLTP & OLAP models

  • Experience with

    Agile environments, Jira / ADO

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills ✨
  • Bonus: Familiarity with

    IBM Cognos, Workday, ETL tools (SSIS, DataStage, Power Center)
