Job Description

Project Role:

Power BI Developer

Location: Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore(5 Days on-Site)

Immediate Joiners

Roles & Responsibilities

Expected to perform independently and gradually become an SME in Power BI reporting and analytics.
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions and solution-design meetings.
Provide effective solutions to data-related and reporting-related problems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, understand, and analyze business reporting requirements.
Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of BI solutions to ensure they meet the specified requirements.
Work closely with ETL teams to ensure data availability, data quality, and smooth integration with Power BI.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills: Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and ETL processes.
Expertise in DAX functions for data modeling, calculations, and advanced analytics.
Solid understanding of data warehousing, data modeling techniques, and BI best practices.
Experience with ETL tools (such as Power Query, SSIS, or similar) for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Familiarity with connecting Power BI to various data sources (SQL, Azure, Excel, APIs, etc.).
Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve reporting, performance, or data issues.
Ability to work with large datasets and optimize Power BI reports for performance.
