About the role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our data analytics team. The ideal candi will have strong expertise in data ingestion, data modeling, and dashboard/report design using Power BI. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business isions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Data Ingestion & Preparation:
- Connect to various data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, cloud platforms, etc.)
- Cleanse, transform, and load data into Power BI using Power Query and DAX
- Automate data refresh and scheduling
Data Modeling:
- Design and implement efficient data models using star/snowflake schemas
- Create relationships, hierarchies, and calculated columns/measures
- Optimize performance of data models and reports
Report & Dashboard Design:
- Develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports
- Ensure reports meet business requirements and user experience standards
- Implement row-level security and user access controls
Collaboration & Documentation:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements
- Document data sources, models, and report logic
- Provide training and support to end-users

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI
Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.) is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
