Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and optimize business intelligence solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making within the Management department. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with leadership teams to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models for management-level decision-making.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and ETL processes using Power Query.
• Create and optimize complex DAX measures and performance-efficient data models.
• Integrate data from SQL databases, Excel files, APIs, cloud platforms, and

on-premise sources.

• Manage dataset refresh schedules, gateway configurations, security roles, and Power BI Service workflows.
• Ensure data accuracy, visualization best practices, and optimized performance across all BI solutions.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver meaningful insights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Power BI, dataset, and performance-related issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of reports, models, and analytical processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Power BI (Desktop & Service), DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
• In-depth understanding of ETL pipelines, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience integrating data through APIs, cloud environments (Azure/others), and on-premise databases.
• Proficiency in Power BI Service administration, including workspace management, security roles, and gateway setup.
• Ability to work with large datasets and deliver clean, compelling data visualizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially for working with management and leadership teams.
